Our "one-time" fee for initial
set-up and filing of your company documents is $900.00, which includes the
Secretary of State filing fees.
We charge $90.00 per year for the Annual
Administration of your company, again, this includes
the annual report fee required by the Montana
Secretary of State. There are
NO hidden or extra fees for additional services. |
